Self Reflection: during the weeks of finding members for a group at first it was just me (Tisha) and Cassie where we would look for new members, but Kimora and Eileen approach us because they needed 2 more people as well in their group which we agreed on it. I am happy with my decision on being a team with them because it helps me get to know them more.
