This blog contains the filming schedule that is use for the music video project, component 3. This filming schedule was made by Cassie and I added extra explanation.
Throughout these shoot, each member has their own role during the shoot. Where Cassie is in charge for helping Kellie in wardrobe to follow our moodboard as well as Cassie helps in bringing props. Kimora is in charge for props as well and she helps in test filming before the shot to see the perfect location. Kellie has a role in being the actor in which she needed to remember the lyrics as well as in most of the music video it is shot in a POV perspective which means Kellie needs to also use camera to film as well.

*During the photobooth scene, they provide several accessories that can be use in the picture which we decided to use for a POV shot of the actors.
After the break, the team and I decided to start on recording again where we created a different filming schedule that specifically for the rest of the shot needed. This filming schedule was created by me (Tisha)
Kellie was away longer than the scheduled school break, we had to delay filming and lost one week of shooting time. Because of this, on some of our shooting days, we filmed multiple scenes at different locations in a single day to make up lost time. Doing this made it more efficient to capture all the footage needed. However, it increased the duration of the editing process.
Reflection: The filming schedule was very important for my team and I, as it helped us manage our time efficiently and stay organised. We had eight weeks to finish this project and the schedule helped us remain on track and divide our time wisely, especially as we had to balance filming and editing with our other schoolwork. It ensured that we did not leave everything last minute but instead distributed our tasks evenly over time. This made the process less stressful for us to handle. We also created a checklist for each scene to ensure that all props and equipment were properly prepared in advance of meeting on set, so that no time was wasted on unnecessary delays.
I also felt that our schedule improved our teamwork. Each of us had our own specific roles and everyone understood their responsibilities beforehand, making the filming process run smoothly with minimal confusion. I also learned to be more flexible, regularly adjusting the schedule to accommodate everyone's busy timetables, as not every scene required the full group. This helped me learn how to adapt quickly to sudden changes and work more effectively depending on the situation.
However, there were still some challenges that I faced. For example, there was a time when Karl and Kellie were late which caused unnecessary delays and resulted in lost filming time. This disrupted the flow of our schedule that day and initially made me frustrated. Communication also became difficult as both their phones had died and we were in a large park in Renon. As a result, we spent a significant amount of time trying to locate them, further reducing our filming time. Despite these setbacks, we were still able to fit multiple scenes that day and successfully completed our planned tasks.
Overall, this experience helped me realise the importance of creating and sticking to a filming schedule. Even though we faced several setbacks, it kept us organised and on track, allowing us to stay close to our original plan and completing the project smoothly.
